Eric V. Koenen, MSc, is member of the Executive Board of GTI, a leading provider of technical services. GTI has approximately 8,000 employees and consists of a network of companies that focus on regional markets, specific market segments and specific technologies. Eric is responsible for Corporate Strategy & Innovation. Sustainable change and innovation are keyword in his career. Before he joined GTI he worked at Royal IBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Philips. He is a well known national and international speaker on organisational change and change management.
