Monique Bolung (1954) is managing director of “School voor Coaching”, one of the first Dutch coaching organisations. “School voor Coaching”’ was founded in 1997 and inspires people to achieve their business objectives by using their senses, emotions and drives and facilitates managers and executives to form excellent teams. Important issues nowadays are conflict coaching and global coaching. The approach of “School voor Coaching” is based on systems theory.

Monique coaches executive teams in conflict towards powerful and effective relationships. She facilitates people in self reflection. In her point of view personal development is necessary in order to obtain strong personal and business relationships.
